I was lucky enough to nab some time this month to collab and shoot with Jennie Skulander of Devilskin.  She also talked to me about signing ladies butts and where she would most like Devilskin to play in the world for my 6 Questions With section; if you missed out, go have a read here.

Jennie was flat-tack busy with post-tour R&R and pre-Aussie tour packing, but was so excited to be a part of this Devel vs Project, that she added some design collaboration and devil-woman modelling to her normal list of Superstar Tasks this month.  Her energy-level is incredible!

What to make for a bad-as babe, with a metal growl, and a taste for vintage?

A Wiggle Dress!  In Red and Black, and featuring devilish humour in the detailing.  I gave the dress a sweet-but-sexy sweetheart neckline, framed by a black, pointed, stand-up collar.  I added a black waistband detail to aesthetically cinch the waist.  And the most devilish detail of all?  The cheeky devil tail tip, poking out from the back split of the dress.  Jennie loved it!

Funny, silly, sexy and bad-ass; all in one.  Much like our Jennie.

Do you remember my post from last post about our whirlwind Hamilton Roadtrip?  This was why.  The hubby and I drove down to meet Jennie at Violet’s Coffee @ Pit Lane, to take photos amongst the diamond steel plating, vintage tin signs, cupcakes and coffees.  And a happy happenstance happened, where bikies started pulling up and parking their stunning metal machines, while they visited Violet to get their caffeine fix (best coffee in town, haven’t you heard?).  Photo opp!!

Once we got our fill of pretending to be biker babes, we stood around a chatted some more about Devilskin, and touring and what’s coming up next.  Don’t let her growl fool you, Jennie is a total sweetheart!

If you would like a Devilskin Dress (NZD$329) of your very own, do get in contact and we’ll start your custom cheeky devil dress journey.  As with all other Devel Vs Project designs, this limited edition design is available for 5 custom orders only.
